On Saturday, December 28 (afternoon) and Saturday, January 4 (afternoon) you can schedule a running exercise test with lactate measurement below on the athletics track, Sportpark de Schinkel (next to the Olympic stadium Amsterdam). Top coach Eric van der Linden personally administers the lactate test. Two athletes can take the lactate test at the same time. Additionally, you can start a training program or a coaching program towards your triathlon goals in 2025. The lactate test is free if the test is taken in combination with a coaching program.
